The AISL Group assumes no responsibility and shall not be liable to any person for any loss, damage or expense caused by reliance on the information or advice in AISLive.com or howsoever provided, unless that person has signed a contract with the relevant AISL Group entity for the provision of this information or advice and in that case any responsibility or liability is exclusively on the terms and conditions set out in that contract.
Any dispute concerning the provision of AISL Group services and/or the contract under which the services are provided is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts and will be governed by English law.

AISL Group grants to you a non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the System for a period of one year from the date of AISL Groups acceptance of your application form for subscription to the System for your own internal business purposes. In the case of a single user licence being purchased you shall use the System on a single work station only. In the case of a concurrent user licence being purchased you shall be permitted to use the System on the number of work stations agreed with the AISL Group at a single continuous geographical site as specified at the time of your order. A separate licence must be obtained for use of the System at another geographical site.
Any attempt to bypass the subscriber security to gain unauthorised access to data on AISLive.com, will be considered to be criminal trespass. Legal action will be taken against any person who attempts to violate the security of this web site.
Photographs
AISLive accepts images in good faith from contributors on the understanding that they will be displayed on the AISLive system, that a suitable acknowledgement will be made to the copyright holder (as advised to AISLive), that AISLive makes no claim or warranty as to copyright and that such images are provided free of charge. In the event that copyright holders require the images to be deleted from the AISLive system, such requests must be made in writing to AISLive or by email message to photos@aislive.com together with the MMSI number of the ship(s) concerned. Upon receipt of such advice, AISLive will use their best endeavours to remove the images as soon as possible.
